With as much work as we were having done they have been there over a month but it was fully expected as there was a lot of projects going on. They were quick to get back to us with an estimate and answer any questions we had unlike some other companies. Other companies took long to get an estimate to us or answer our questions, some never got an estimate to us or were unbelievably priced. If it took other companies long to get back to us with an estimate or questions, how long would it take them to get back to us if there was a problem? Precise began our work in November. There were many days when the weather was COLD but they still showed to work. If the weather was bad they would let us know they would not be there that day. This father and sons construction co certainly live up to their name. They were very precise and professional about everything from start to finish. We had a new roof,all new windows and siding done. Melvin came and measured everything including each window before giving us a price, which by the way couldn't be beat. They started the job and stayed with it until it was done. Through Home Adviser, I requested a quote on a 3 part job. Roof replacement, exterior front door replacement and a new A framed porch over the front door entrance. Before the Home Adviser request I had several other quotes form various local contractors. Melvin came to my home and quoted a fair and reasonable price for the roof with the exterior door and porch to follow.

I was impressed with how Melvin supplied all the information and answered all my questions. He was polite and straight forward with all his information. Based on that, I hired Precise Construction to do all 3 jobs. Melvin worked with me to get the end result I was trying to achieve. He was patient and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the look and quality was what I wanted. Precise stuck to the plan and was on site to work, on time and worked all day in extreme heat. Now that the job has been completed, I could not be more pleased with the result. I would highly recommenced Precise Construction.
